Since its inception in August 1958, the Department of Electrical Engineering (DEE) has been one of the major departments at Bhailalbhai & Bhikhabhai Institute of Technology (BBIT), a grant-in-aid (Polytechnics) Vidhyanagar. Electrical Engineering has a total capacity of 60 students. Electrical machines, Control systems, Power Electronics and Power Systems, Microprocessor and Electronic Systems are all areas where the department is very active in teaching and learning.: Vision: Mould Students into competent and technologically skilled diploma electrical professionals. : Mission: 1. Establish environment for students and teachers for lifelong learning to meet the ever changing global technological standards and challenges. 2.
